Overview

At Echo VME, we specialize in delivering digital marketing services — including strategies, campaign assets, performance reports, website access, and client dashboards. Since all deliverables are digital, there are no physical shipments. This policy outlines how and when you receive your project materials.

1. Project Onboarding

Upon project confirmation and payment, you’ll receive a welcome email within 2 hours containing:

• Project timeline & milestones
• Dedicated project manager contact
• Access to your client portal (if applicable)
• Secure file-sharing link (Google Drive / Dropbox)

2. Asset & Report Delivery

All campaign assets, strategies, and reports are delivered via:

• Email: PDF reports, strategy documents
• Client Dashboard: Real-time analytics (Google Analytics, Meta, etc.)
• Cloud Storage: Creative assets, ad copies, videos
• Website Login: CMS access (WordPress, etc.)

Delivery occurs as per the agreed project timeline. You’ll be notified immediately upon upload.

3. Standard Delivery Timeframes

• Strategy Documents: Within 3–5 business days
• Campaign Launch: Within 48 hours of asset approval
• Monthly Reports: By the 5th of every month
• Website Delivery: As per project milestone (typically 2–6 weeks)

4. Secure Access & Ownership

You retain full ownership of all deliverables. Access credentials are shared via secure, encrypted channels. We recommend enabling 2FA on shared platforms.

5. Delivery Issues

If you don’t receive expected deliverables:

• Check your spam/junk folder
• Verify access to shared drives/dashboards
• Contact your project manager or support@echovme.xyz

We guarantee resolution within 12 hours of reported issues.

6. General Terms

• No physical products are shipped
• Revisions are included as per your package
• Delays due to client feedback will adjust timelines accordingly
• All deliverables are backed up securely for 12 months
